These terms are the agreement between you and Pallas Tech LLC for your use of The Fight Fan. They are written in plain English on purpose: a term you could not reasonably have understood is not a term worth relying on.
This document is published in English, and the English text is the version that governs.
By using The Fight Fan you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept on its behalf.
You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 where local law sets that higher age, to use this site or to create an account. Some content concerns combat sports and may not be suitable for younger readers.
When using the site, please do not:
You keep ownership of anything you post, including your predictions and any comments. By posting it you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute it as part of running and promoting the site. That licence ends when you delete the content, except where it has already been shared with others or where we must keep a copy by law.
You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it. We may remove content that breaks these terms, but we do not pre-screen everything and we do not promise to review it.
The design, text, and original editorial content of The Fight Fan belong to Pallas Tech LLC or its licensors, and are protected by copyright.
Names, logos and trade marks of fighting organisations, promotions, events and fighters belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify and report on those organisations and events, which is a descriptive use. Nothing on this site is an endorsement by them, and nothing implies any sponsorship, affiliation, or partnership.
The Fight Fan is an independent publication. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to the UFC, PFL, ONE Championship, Bellator, BKFC, Glory, any boxing sanctioning body, or any other promotion or organisation whose events we cover. Any such name is used purely to report on that organisation.
Event listings, cards, results, records and rankings are gathered from public third-party sources. Cards change constantly: bouts are added, moved and cancelled, sometimes hours before an event. We make a genuine effort to keep this accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that any of it is correct, complete or current.
Do not rely on this site as the authoritative record of any event. For that, go to the promotion or the relevant commission.
Predictions on this site, including those generated by artificial intelligence and those aggregated from our community, are produced by automated models and by opinion. They are provided for interest and entertainment only.
They are not tips, not professional advice, and not a forecast you should act on financially. A model that has been right before can be wrong next time, and confidence expressed as a percentage is still only an estimate.
Where we display betting odds or implied probabilities, we do so as information about how a market is priced. This is not gambling advice, not an inducement to bet, and not a recommendation to place any wager.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case those exclusions do not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify Pallas Tech LLC against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or content you posted.
We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, or to any part of it, at any time, including where we believe these terms have been broken. You may stop using the site whenever you like. Clauses which by their nature should survive the end of this agreement, including those on content licences, disclaimers, liability and indemnity, do survive it.
We may change these terms as the site develops. Where a change is significant we will make that clear on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. The date below moves when the text changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
If any clause is held unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion is not a waiver of it. These terms, with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between us about the site.
